About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants at Aster Place Assisted Living help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting their physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and are expected to demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. This is a full-time day-shift opportunity.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Have supportive interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively toward excellent resident care.
