About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Honey Creek Commons. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and coordinating with nursing and other facility teams to deliver comprehensive care. Team members are expected to demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
