About The Position

Agape Care Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. The CNA assists patients with daily activities, monitors their conditions, and reports changes to the care team. The role also supports patients’ families with compassion as they navigate their health care journeys. Requirements

• Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• Have at least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
• Be able to lift at least 80–100 pounds and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.
• Have a heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Monitor patient conditions.
• Report changes in patient conditions to the care team.
