About The Position

Hampton Ridge Healthcare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality patient care alongside fellow caregivers. Full-time and part-time positions are available, including Weekend Baylor shifts. Weekend Baylor employees work four shifts every weekend and receive the fifth shift free. Eligible CNA candidates receive a sign-on bonus at six months and 12 months. The role is based at 94 Stevens Rd, Toms River, New Jersey.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification from the State of New Jersey.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, family members, and peers.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including baths, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, and fingernail care.
• Encourage maximum independence in activities of daily living.
• Assist with resident meal service.
• Assist in reality orientation.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
