About The Position

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight across the hospital during the assigned shift.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff.
• Help coordinate patient placement and staffing needs.
• Support timely decision-making and help departments respond to changing patient and operational needs.
• Promote safe, high-quality patient care.
• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
• Complete timely and appropriate medical-necessity documentation in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
