About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with third-party benefits, including health insurance, Medicaid, Social Security, and Developmental Disability services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MacOS and related software applications, including MS Office.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technologies and tools in a Mac environment.
• Motivated self-starter comfortable working in a virtual company or office, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate to accomplish goals and work through conflicts.
• Excellent customer-service skills.
• Willingness to meet timely documentation requirements.
• Willingness to travel regionally overnight 1–2 times per month and occasionally nationwide.

Nice To Haves

• CCM or CRRN certification preferred.
• Experience in field case management or workers’ compensation case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services responsive to clients’ special needs, eldercare, care, and quality-of-life challenges.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary family caregivers, attorneys, financial planners, and trustees.
• Research and develop solutions to challenges presented by clients.
• Meet timely documentation requirements.
• Travel regionally overnight 1–2 times per month and occasionally nationwide.
