Nurse Practitioner (PRN) - In-Home Health Assessments

Matrix Medical Network•Springboro, OH

About The Position

Matrix Medical Network is hiring a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home Comprehensive Health Assessments (CHAs) for adults and older adults, including members who live in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Visits are scheduled around the provider’s availability, with assessments offered Sunday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Compensation is based on completed assessments; the posting states that providers averaging 20–100 visits per month earn $1,800–$11,500 per month, at a per-assessment rate of $90–$115 depending on state of residence. PRN providers may transition to full-time roles, which include a full-time sign-on bonus.
