About The Position

The role offers flexible scheduling based on provider availability, with assessments conducted Sunday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Compensation is based on completed assessments; the posting states that providers averaging 20–100 visits per month earn $1,800–$11,500 per month, based on a per-assessment rate of $90–$115 depending on state of residence. Providers receive onboarding, a preceptor, one-on-one feedback, and access to continuing education. If business needs exist, Matrix may support additional state licensure and credentialing.
