About The Position

Part and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus. This position will support the Aerodigestive Program and is primarily based at the Riley Outpatient Center, with one clinic per month at the IU North Medical Office Building. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This hybrid role offers flexibility in scheduling and work location. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval).
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN).
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Aerodigestive Program.
  • Assess patients without face-to-face interaction (may be required).
  • Understand the legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
