About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) at Rosegate Village for full-time evening and night shifts. The RN develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership that promotes teamwork, collaboration with nursing and facility teams, and respectful interpersonal communication. The RN provides coordinated resident care and demonstrates the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Work with the team toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications, conduct resident assessments, and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
