About The Position

Eastgate Manor Nursing & Rehab is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the night shift. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and using your nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The position calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and respectful interpersonal communication to help provide coordinated, comprehensive care. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Work collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
Work toward the shared goal of excellent care for residents.
Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
Manage medications proficiently.
Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
