About The Position
Olympia Orthopaedic Associates (OOA) is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to collaborate directly with a neurosurgeon specializing in back, neck, and spine surgery. This position offers the chance to work in both a clinical setting and to assist in surgical procedures. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for patient examinations, medication administration, ordering medical and diagnostic tests, diagnosing illnesses, and providing counseling to patients and their families, all under the supervision of a surgeon.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of WA, or the ability to obtain one prior to hire.
- 2-3 years’ of Orthopaedic experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- 2-3 years’ of surgical assist experience, with a preference for neuro or spine surgery.
