About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Ability to produce sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills, and analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Team-oriented approach and strong attention to detail.
• Critical-thinking ability and use of innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing process improvement and validation initiatives.
• Provide daily support to quality and operations teams.
• Prepare process change notices (PCNs), test reports, prototype designs, and manufacturing process analyses.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and validate prototypes on the shop floor and in the lab.
• Partner with quality and production engineering teams to validate new processes, PCNs, and related initiatives.
