About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, housekeeping, inventory control, or food and beverage operations.
• Comfort operating handheld inventory scanning devices, mobile property management systems, and point-of-sale applications.
• Strong attention to detail and basic arithmetic skills for accurate inventory audits and folio charge entry.
• Ability to push heavy housekeeping carts and stand, walk, bend, and lift or carry stock boxes weighing up to 30–40 pounds during an 8-hour shift.
• Professional demeanor, exceptional verbal communication skills, and respect for confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, inventory, and restock in-room minibars, snack displays, and beverage centers according to brand standards and property par levels.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate perishable items, snacks, spirits, and specialty beverages using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles.
• Keep mini-fridge interiors, glass doors, and refreshment trays clean, odorless, and at optimal cooling temperatures.
• Record consumed items accurately and promptly in the property management system using handheld inventory devices or terminals to support guest and owner folio billing.
• Investigate and report missing items, damaged stock, and billing discrepancies to the Assistant Director of Finance and Front Office management.
• Follow rental management agreement accounting rules for transient guest consumption, owner stays, and vacant inventory holds.
• Respect guest and resident privacy and follow proper knock-and-announce protocols when entering occupied rooms or homes.
• Respond promptly and gracefully to requests for beverage restocks, glassware, ice, and snacks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and guest experience teams regarding maintenance issues and room turnaround times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
