About the Role As a Medication Technician, you are at the heart of what we do. You’ll provide hands-on care, administer medications under nurse supervision, and serve as a trusted, daily support system for the individuals we serve. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a team-based, people-first environment.

Requirements

  • During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required that all employees wear pre-approved masks as designated by the CDC guidelines, to include surgical masks, KN95 masks, or N95 masks.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications safely under the supervision of Program Nurses
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide direct care support, including assistance with ADLs/IADLs
  • Monitor and engage with clients throughout the day
  • Co-facilitate psychosocial and therapeutic activities
  • Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment at all times
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and collaboration
  • Transport clients to community activities (after training)
  • Support overall program success with additional duties as needed
  • Responsible for completing all pertinent clinical documentation.
  • Co-facilitate psychosocial activities and therapeutic integration activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring all safety measures are always adhered to and followed.
  • Monitor clients at all times throughout the premises.
  • Provide direct care services specific to ADLs/IADLs with clients.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Transport clients to activities in the community after successfully completing vehicle training.
  • Other duties as assigned by Program Manager and/or Program Nurse.
