Front Office Manager

About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team, manage daily hospitality operations, and champion our commitment to fast, friendly, and reliable service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of front desk experience in hospitality, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with IHG systems (Opera PMS/PMS Cloud) is a major plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
- High operational adaptability, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as operational needs arise.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with IHG systems (Opera PMS/PMS Cloud) is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with IHG and avid brand standards.
- Oversee all front office functions including check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, reservation management, and night audit operations.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and proactively with a warm, solution-oriented approach; monitor and elevate guest satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on rate optimization, inventory control, and room occupancy targets.
- Manage daily front desk cash handling, room charges, end-of-day balance reviews, and guest billing precision.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure swift room turnarounds and flawless property upkeep.
