• Expertise in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence
• Ability to drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
• Ability to own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
• Ability to reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase through displays
• Ability to align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities
• Ability to observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, every month
• Ability to deliver real-time, actionable feedback on diamond education and confidence, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing
• Ability to build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team
• Ability to help customers express their individuality through meaningful selections
• Ability to help customers feel confident and understood through guided experiences
• Ability to help customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with confidence
• Ability to improve key KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors
• Ability to reinforce consistent Bridal presentations across the team
• Ability to lead by example through personal performance
• Ability to partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent
• Ability to build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category
• Lead total Bridal category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
• Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase
• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
• Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, every month
• Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on diamond education and confidence, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing
• Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team
• Activate the Brand Promise
• Help customers Express their individuality through meaningful selections
• Help customers Feel confident and understood through guided experiences
• Help customers Celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with confidence
• Drive Performance Excellence
