The Senior Strategy Manager serves as a strategic partner and advisor to the executive team. This role leads cross-functional initiatives, delivers complex objective analyses and insights, and executes strategic priorities. A core focus of the role is leading the Electric Supply organization’s near-term strategy (approximately 2–5 years), ensuring alignment between execution planning, resource adequacy needs, regulatory commitments, and financial objectives in support of our reliability, affordability, and clean goals. The incumbent will spearhead new projects, drive process improvements, enhance customer experiences, and translate strategic goals into actionable, measurable operational plans. They will also oversee the execution of key operational activities. This position supports business customer communications and engagement, working within a matrixed organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and issue resolution. The Senior Strategy Manager plays a central coordinating role across Electric Supply to ensure a holistic, integrated near-term planning process that connects load forecasts, resource plans, capacity requirements, and execution strategies. The Senior Strategy Manager collaborates closely with peer organizations on complex rate cases, testimony, and tariff development, including drafting testimony. The role also supports alignment of near-term plans with regulatory and financial frameworks. Additionally, the role is responsible for crafting internal and external communications for use by the Business Center and ESM organizations, partnering with external business associations as needed, and supporting the Rates and Regulatory teams in aligning and implementing tariff changes.
