About The Position

Requirements

• High school education and diploma.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Relevant computer skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship, now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and request specified information from residential loan applicants.
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility.
• Evaluate loans to maximize organizational profit while minimizing risk or loss.
• Submit applications to the Credit Analyst for verification and recommendation.
• Approve loans within specified limits or refer them to the Loan Committee for approval.
• Answer telephone and written inquiries concerning loan processing information.
• Attend MCB loan meetings as scheduled.
• Attend a loan overview course.
• Complete required annual BSA and other bank-related training through BAI.
