About The Position
Our Restaurant Group is looking for Line Cooks to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, tenacious, punctual, and engaged. We offer a challenging workplace for individuals interested in furthering their knowledge in the culinary world. Our team just received our 5th James Beard Foundation nomination for Best Chef: Southeast.
Requirements
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred.
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments.
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
