About The Position

Line Cooks are part of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to Chili’s recipes and procedures, keeps kitchen operations clean and safe, and works with other Team Members to keep orders moving. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
