About The Position
Line Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili's recipe procedures, maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, and help keep orders flowing from the kitchen. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Chili's is a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. The company emphasizes service, hospitality, and giving back, and aims to deliver a strong experience to every Guest, every day. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
