About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and coordinating with team members to keep orders moving. The ideal candidate is friendly, warm, and caring, and can think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred. Chili’s offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
