About The Position
Line Cooks at Chili’s, known as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by following recipes and procedures, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate ticket times, and help ensure food orders continue flowing from the kitchen. The role calls for teamwork and a friendly, caring approach in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
