About The Position

This is an independent contractor opportunity with a global company in the personal development and leadership sector. The company markets and sells eLearning courses and destination events. The role is performance-based and suited to a highly driven, senior-level business professional seeking greater independence, flexibility, and portability. The successful candidate will communicate and interact with people around the world, build relationships with clients, and provide ongoing support and coaching. Full training is provided, and prior experience in this industry is not required. The role offers remote work and full-time or part-time options, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. It is not suitable for current tertiary students or visa seekers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a full-time paid business role.
  • Strong interest in personal growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, solution-oriented, confident, organised, coachable, and goal-driven.
  • Interested in growing personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads.
  • Conduct professional scripted interviews.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Participate in online training and company-wide team development calls.
  • Gain personal experience with the company’s courses and events to develop product familiarity.
