About The Position

Flexco is seeking a Learning Program Specialist to join its Training and Development team in Downers Grove, Illinois. This hybrid role is responsible for the company’s Leading Others and Leading Ahead leadership development programs and contributes to learning that supports Flexco’s digital maturity journey. The specialist works directly with leaders across the business and partners with HR and business leaders across functions and regions to identify skill gaps and develop practical learning solutions. The role designs and facilitates blended learning experiences—including eLearning, workshops, and simulations—and improves programs through practice-based follow-up and learning data. It also supports employee adoption of digital tools and the network of digital ambassadors, delivers compliance training, and helps onboard new hires. The position involves domestic travel of up to 20%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Leadership Development, including ownership of or significant contribution to leadership programs.
Engaging facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and learning technology, including an LMS, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar, and Microsoft Teams.
Comfort using learning data to improve programs.
Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Own, design, facilitate, and continuously improve the Leading Others and Leading Ahead leadership development programs.
Create practice-based follow-up that extends leadership learning beyond the classroom.
Support digital learning and AI enablement by helping employees and leaders adopt new tools and supporting digital ambassadors at Flexco locations.
Design blended learning experiences, including eLearning, workshops, and simulations.
Partner with HR and business leaders across functions and regions to identify skill gaps and develop practical learning solutions.
Deliver compliance training and support new-hire onboarding.
Use learning data to evaluate participation, performance, and business impact and improve programs.
