About The Position

Flexco is seeking a Learning Program Specialist to join its Training and Development team. This role owns the Leading Others and Leading Ahead leadership development programs and supports the company’s digital maturity journey, including helping employees and leaders adopt new tools and supporting digital ambassadors across Flexco locations. The specialist partners directly with leaders across the business to identify skill gaps and create practical learning solutions.

The position designs and facilitates blended learning experiences, including eLearning, workshops, and simulations, and delivers compliance training while supporting new-hire onboarding. It also measures program participation, performance, and business impact and uses learning data to improve programs. The role is based in Downers Grove, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one remote day per week, and requires domestic travel up to 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Leadership Development, including ownership of or significant contribution to leadership programs.
• Engaging facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and learning technology, including an LMS, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar, and Microsoft Teams.
• Comfort using learning data to improve programs.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, facilitate, and continuously improve the Leading Others and Leading Ahead leadership development programs, including practice-based follow-up beyond the classroom.
• Support digital learning and AI enablement by helping employees and leaders adopt new tools and supporting a network of digital ambassadors representing Flexco locations.
• Design blended learning experiences, including eLearning, workshops, and simulations.
• Partner with HR and business leaders across functions and regions to identify skill gaps and develop practical learning solutions.
• Deliver compliance training and support onboarding of new hires.
• Measure learning participation, performance, and business impact, and use learning data to improve programs.
