About The Position

The Training and Development Specialist partners with organizational leaders to identify and deliver learning solutions for EVERSANA’s Patient Services business unit. The role develops and supports training programs and initiatives that affect employees’ daily work, providing custom learning and development solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about training and development, builds strong partnerships with team members, and delivers excellent service. The position involves 40 hours per week and 10% travel.

Requirements

• Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of adult learning practices and their impact, including ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, creating content for, launching, and delivering learning programs.
• Direct experience with facilitation or teaching.

Nice To Haves
