About The Position

Brady Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, execute, and assess talent growth initiatives across the business. The role develops interactive web-based training solutions, administers the Cornerstone LMS, and uses data analytics to support continuous learning for the global team.

The specialist creates and deploys web-based training, storyboards, and job aids with e-learning authoring tools, and establishes standardized templates and development documentation. The role also administers the corporate LMS, conducts training needs assessments, collaborates with global HR teams, evaluates learning outcomes, and supports global learning campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive web-based training, storyboards, and job aids using authoring tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Establish standardized templates and development documentation.
• Administer the corporate Cornerstone LMS, including uploading SCORM/xAPI course packages, creating learning tracks and cohorts, and assigning compliance certifications.
• Conduct training needs assessments across business units and design, deliver, and continuously improve employee development programs.
• Partner with global HR teams on global HR initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report learning metrics, completion rates, and post-training evaluations at Kirkpatrick levels 1–3 to measure business impact and ROI.
• Share expertise in developing and using e-learning methodologies for course design.
• Perform project management tasks, including corporate communications, training materials, customer support, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner with corporate communications to announce global learning campaigns and initiatives.
