About The Position

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve membership sales for one-on-one and group assisted stretching and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
• Fluency in English and excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to travel locally daily and/or occasionally, as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Book and confirm introductory sessions.
• Greet and check in clients and prospects at the front desk.
• Conduct facility tours, build relationships, and identify individuals’ needs and preferences.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Promote the studio’s role as a wellness provider and present available services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas and follow up with leads and missed introductory classes.
• Participate in promotional special events, including health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events.
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
