About The Position

ProSidian is seeking a Team Building Training Course Instructor for a contract position supporting a civilian leadership development and training environment for the Army Reserve. This role focuses on Human Capital solutions, delivering team-building learning solutions to enhance workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The program aims to strengthen collaboration, trust, communication, and collective performance within teams. Participants will learn practical methods to leverage individual strengths, foster accountability, enhance workplace relationships, and build cohesive teams. The role involves facilitated exercises, team assessments, collaborative problem-solving, and experiential learning to create resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience
  • Skills in facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment
  • Competencies in leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
  • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
  • NACI eligibility required

Nice To Haves

  • Instructional certifications preferred
  • Relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience
  • Functional and technical area expertise in the DOD/Military Sector

Responsibilities
