About The Position

Requirements

• Valid RMA, CMA, or other recognized national healthcare certification required.
• A minimum of three to five years of healthcare related experience.
• General knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology is required.
• Excellent Medical Assistant Instructors are committed to education, a passion for the medical field and a sincere desire to see others succeed.
• Proven coaching and development skills, including demonstrated ability to support and teach.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience in adult education, development and program administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outcomes-focused, hands-on educational program.
• Actively monitor and track individual student progress.
• Provide mediation and direction to students as needed.
• Teach courses about the Special Senses, Nutrition, and the Digestive and Reproductive Systems.
