About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of HVAC service, installation, technical support, or related industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, controls, airflow, heating, cooling, and equipment startup.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve installation, operational, and service-related equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation instructions, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers and employees with varying levels of experience.
• Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mini-splits, PTACs, commercial HVAC equipment, or other specialty product lines.
• HVACR certification, technical training, or advanced industry education.
• Experience providing technical training or customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC technical support to customers and employees by phone, email, and virtual communication.
• Troubleshoot installation, startup, operational, refrigeration, electrical, airflow, and controls-related issues.
• Serve as a technical resource for assigned HVAC and specialty product lines.
• Collaborate with contractors, technicians, manufacturers, Field Service Representatives, and internal teams to resolve technical concerns.
• Support warranty-related technical issues and coordinate manufacturer escalations when needed.
• Communicate product updates, service bulletins, and technical information to customers and employees.
• Investigate equipment performance concerns and assist with issue resolution.
• Develop and deliver technical training for employees and customers.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC technologies, controls, refrigerants, and industry developments.
• Provide on-site technical assistance when remote troubleshooting is not sufficient.
