About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience, preferably supporting operations, field, retail, restaurant, or multi-unit client groups.
• Strong employee relations judgment, including experience managing workplace investigations, performance concerns, and disciplinary matters.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and manager coaching in a way that balances business needs, employee experience, and risk.
• Ability to navigate a multi-stakeholder environment with leaders, directors, HR partners, and Centers of Excellence.
• Clear and professional communication through sensitive employee and leader conversations.
• Ability to build trust with leaders by providing practical guidance, consistent follow-up, and clear recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical HR experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a QSR, retail, restaurant, or franchise-model organization.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the corporate Franchise Operations organization, supporting leaders across the VP East, VP West, and related teams.
• Partner with directors and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct employee relations reviews and investigations with sound judgment, clear documentation, and consistent follow-through.
• Coach leaders on performance expectations, team dynamics, employee communication, and practical people management decisions.
• Support organizational effectiveness work, including team structure, role clarity, change management, and leader effectiveness as the function continues to evolve.
• Execute talent management processes for the client group, including mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, calibration support, and succession discussions.
• Partner with the Senior Director, HR Business Partner on enterprise HR initiatives and ensure consistent execution within Franchise Operations.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, and HR Operations to support business needs.
• Identify recurring employee relations, talent, and organizational themes and recommend practical actions that improve leader capability and team effectiveness.
