About The Position

This role will provide support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants. The Human Resource Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to provide superior human resources services to employees and the facility. This is a hands-on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization and is considered a developmental position within the function. The role requires weekly travel.

Requirements

• Background in Human Resources roles supporting field operations.
• 3+ years Human Resource experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
• Flexibility as it relates to work hours, work location and travel during the week.
• Customer-focused.
• Problem solving, organizational, communication and people skills.
• Functional/technical skills, action oriented, managerial courage, dealing with ambiguity, career ambition, command skills, motivating others, drive for results, strategic agility and building effective teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants.

• Support a broad range of human resource activities including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, grievance tracking, employee relations, employee benefits and compliance training.
• Hands on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization.
• Developmental position in the function.
• Travel weekly.
