Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field of study
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Prior subsidized housing related experience.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written.
• Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Great organizational skills.
• Background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to clients by maintaining a caseload and responding to any inquiries and providing general information regarding the Bridge Subsidy Initiative Program.
• Handle all client and Landlord complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with his/her supervisory chain in conjunction with CCAC/programmatic policies and procedures and treat each case with sensitivity and expedience.
• Work in collaboration with the program manager to assist tenants at risk of eviction.
• Responsible for preparing correspondence, notifications, and internal paperwork for holds, reinstatements, and return of security deposits.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by CCAC/programmatic policies/procedures and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing and accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations.
• Able to handle a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with CCAC and programmatic policies and procedures.
• Know and comply with related laws and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with outside vendors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success.
