Household Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausWinchester, MA
Hybrid

About The Position

We are a busy, active family of eight, located in Winchester, MA, with a unique blend of work and personal life that keeps our days busy and fulfilling. Our household includes three younger children, currently in 6th and 4th grades, who are involved in various after-school activities, as well as three older kids who have moved out but still remain an integral part of our family. We live in Winchester during the school year, but our lifestyle is dynamic: we spend weekends and vacations between November and March in New Hampshire for skiing, and summers on Cape Cod. Our family is always on the move, with multiple activities happening year-round. Sports are a significant part of our routine. Outside of sports, the kids are involved in many community or academic activities. As a family, we value academics, recreation, and staying healthy. We strive to give each child the attention and space to pursue their passions, whether that’s in the classroom or on the field or slopes. Dad works in property management, splitting time between home and three offices, while Mom is an entrepreneur and jewelry designer with a home studio. We deeply value structure, organization, and a productive environment in our home. Our goal is for our house to feel like a place of calm, where our family can unwind, connect, and enjoy quality time together. We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our routine and support us in maintaining a home that is functional, kid-friendly, aesthetically beautiful, and enjoyable. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and manage various household tasks with ease. This role operates behind the scenes, providing essential support to ensure that our family can thrive in our busy lives. If you are someone who enjoys problem-solving, has an eye for organization, and thrives in a structured environment, we’d love to meet you. You’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that our home is a place where we can relax, recharge, and enjoy the precious moments of family life.
