About The Position
The Beverage Server position is part of the Food and Beverage department. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, including setting up food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, and being readily available to serve guests while performing various duties. Continuous cleaning of the work area is essential. The server is responsible for managing a daily bank of $300+ and handling cash flow throughout the day. Secondary responsibilities include daily preparation work, heavy and light cleaning (daily and weekly), ordering (daily and weekly), and working collaboratively with team members to provide guest service.
Requirements
- Food and beverage experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Excellent grammar and verbal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Mature
- Self assured
- Great organizational skills
- Flexibility to work schedules that may be adjusted daily
- Must be able to assume responsibilities of the server if need be
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Some college preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service – set ups, Food/Beverage
