Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants and room service. This role is responsible for ensuring food and beverage products meet standards, continuously improving service through feedback and data analysis, and resolving guest complaints. The position also involves maintaining adequate supply levels, assisting with department reporting, and upholding standards of excellence in service and cleanliness. Additionally, the Supervisor will be involved in developing and maintaining department procedures, preparing schedules, conducting pre-shift meetings, and managing end-of-shift banking functions. Building relationships with guests and staff, serving as a communication liaison, and ensuring timely delivery of comp requests are also key aspects of the role. The Supervisor is responsible for the complete set-up and operation of each shift, completing end-of-shift logs, enforcing appearance standards, and addressing Team Member performance issues through coaching and corrective action. They will also train subordinates, provide performance appraisals, monitor cash handling procedures, and conduct inventories of barware. Adherence to regulatory, departmental, and company policies, as well as the company's Code of Commitment, Mission, Vision, and Values, is required. For the Selu Restaurant/The Pools, supervision includes staffing, scheduling, ordering, and events, along with meeting and greeting pool guests, planning and executing events, and responding to guest complaints.
