About The Position
Food Runners help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for food, beverages, and people. The role is suited to an enthusiastic person who believes great food is best paired with great hospitality, and who uses their personality to connect with Guests and colleagues. Chili’s primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position involves providing hospitable, customized service, helping ensure Guest needs are met, keeping tables clear through pre-bussing, and partnering with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required as needed. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused workplace.
Requirements
- Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
