Requirements

• Bring a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
• Interact and connect with Guests, improve their experience, and ensure their needs are met.
• Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
