About The Position

Food Runners at Chili’s create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic about hospitality who enjoys connecting with Guests and helping them feel special. Chili’s primarily hires food runners who can grow their career quickly into a server role. The position is based at the Henderson Chili’s location. Applicants with prior experience are a plus. The schedule may be flexible and part-time or full-time.

Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
