Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic about hospitality who uses their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers and make people feel special. Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their career quickly into a server role. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Its service culture is rooted in hospitality and giving back, with a commitment to delivering a strong experience to every Guest. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
