The position involves providing customized service, supporting table cleanliness through pre-bussing, collaborating with Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. • Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
