About The Position
Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is intended for people who may grow their career quickly into a server position. The Food Runner brings enthusiasm and hospitality, uses their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers, and helps people feel special. Chili's describes itself as a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a focus on service, hospitality, and giving back. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
