About The Position

The Food Runner creates an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing a passion for food, beverages, and people. The role focuses on providing hospitable, customized service, connecting with Guests, and contributing to a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Food Runners are primarily hired with opportunities to grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
