About The Position

Food Runners at Chili’s create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for food, beverages, and people. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic about hospitality who uses their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers and make people feel special. Chili’s primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles.

Requirements

  • Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
  • Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

  • Prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
  • Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
  • Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plateware, and silverware.
  • Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
  • Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
