Chili’s primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
