About The Position
As a Food Runner at Chili's, you create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing your passion for food, beverages, and people. The role is suited to an enthusiastic person who believes great food depends on great hospitality and uses a fun personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Food Runners are hired primarily with the opportunity to grow quickly into a server role. This position involves providing hospitable, customized service, improving the Guest experience through interaction and attention to needs, keeping tables clear of dirty dishes, and partnering with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Food Runners contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring Guest needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
