The role emphasizes enthusiastic hospitality, connecting with Guests and coworkers, and helping make people feel special. Food Runners may have the opportunity to grow into server roles.

Requirements

• Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.
• Availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
